What are your shipping charges? We believe in a simple flat fee for any order, regardless of how many items you purchase. Following are the options from which you may select:
- US Postal within Continental US-flat rate $6.50 per order
- USPS International-1st class uninsured 4-6 weeks in transit $9.95 flat fee per order
- USPS Priority Mail International uninsured 6-10 days in transit $18.45 flat fee per order
- USPS International- Express INSURED to $100 3-5 days in transit $38.50 flat fee per order
The photos don't look larger after I click on them, why? This means that the window which opens with the pictures is too small and you can do one of the following:
(1) enlarge the browser window, or
(2) hold your mouse over the photo and you will see a block with arrows appear, click on that and the photo will enlarge to actual size Back to top
How long should I allow for creation of my jewelry selection? Please allow 3-5 weeks for custom jewelry. If you need your dogs by a certain date, please add that note when you checkout so we can do our best to meet your date. Back to top
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do! Almost all countries are possible, and the few that are not will not be within the selection list when checking out. International shipping/handling will not show, so we will contact you if there is any additional cost for that prior to processing your order. Back to top
What forms of payment do you accept, and when will I be billed? We are now accepting payments through Paypal only. If you don't have an account, setting one up is easy with a credit card or checking account. You can set up an account quickly after completing your order. Back to top
What is your return policy? As every item we offer is handcrafted to order and nothing is stocked due to the thousands of design options we offer, we cannot accept any returns. Back to top

Do you wholesale? Do you offer discounts for rescue organizations? Yes, and yes! Wholesale pricing is typically 10-20% discounted, depending upon the items and volume purchased at once, and we do have the ability to drop ship direct to individual customers. **We do offer discounts to near cost for registered animal rescues,...simply email us with the item(s) of interest and your licensed information for additional details.  Pricing (as a general guide): For our more common accessories (pins, pendants, etc) Minidogs are $25, regular sized are $40, and oversized are $70...then, there are add-ons if you want to add additional metal pieces added or for your dog to be made into a more unusual accessory.
